Orders shipping to US addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, US Territories, and to all other countries will incur shipping charges. Discounted express shipping is not available for delivery to rural routes or P.O. boxes. All items subject to a shipping surcharge are excluded from shipping promotions, and always subject to the standard shipping rate plus surcharge.
