Cultural Diplomacy
American-Eurasian Art Foundation /National Museum of American-Eurasian Art & Culture actively supports international communications through art and culture. Such cooperation forms a positive image of a country within the international community. There is an increasing interest worldwide in the role that Cultural Diplomacy serves in the development of positive relations between nations.
AEAF
has organized many important exhibitions and performances at significant cultural venues in the United States: the U.S. Senate, The Ronald Reagan Building, The World Bank, The IMF, The John F. Kennedy Center for the Arts and more…in has collaborated and worked with some renown cultural institutions such National Geographic and partnered with various Eurasian nations through their representative embassies and cultural centers in Washington, DC.
Upcoming exhibitions will feature the history of costume and stage design as well as contemporary art projects and cultural performances. Increasing the interest of a wide audience in USA to European and Asian (Eurasian) contemporary art is a priority task for the Foundation. The Foundation welcomes the participation of each nation in Europe and Asia(Eurasia) to partner with AEAF in supporting the National Museum of American-Eurasian Art & Culture , which will serve as a platform to highlight each nation on a rotating basis.
American-Eurasian Art Foundation/National Museum of American-Eurasian Art & Culture Educational Activities
An affiliate of American-Eurasian Art Foundation is The National Museum of American-Eurasian Art & Culture which was established in 2016. The Museum will display some of the great artists from the landmass of Eurasia and also serve as an experimental platform enabling artists who haven’t yet been recognized publicly but have original outlook and expressive technique, to exhibit and become recognized. The activities of the Museum are directed at the search for new talents among young American and international artists and curators. Another task of the museum is assisting American artists in being represented at international art fairs and competitions.
In addition to exhibitions, the Museum
will begin conducting research and publishing reports on completed art projects with the involvement of both its own and international media platforms.
The work of the Foundation also includes the following: a publishing program aiming to raise awareness about art process among American and Eurasian artists for international audiences; development of web portal where information about the American-Eurasian Art Foundation
collection is readily available; and a range of important reference materials about curating and archiving the arts are important for historic purposes.
The American-Eurasian Art Foundation Collection of Contemporary Art
The American-Eurasian Art Foundation has a number of American and International contemporary artists to serve as the basis of its Foundational Collection. The Foundation deems it necessary to provide open access to the works in its collection. To do this, the Foundation provides paintings and art objects for exhibiting in art projects.
Social Responsibility
The American-Eurasian Art Foundation reacts to social problems in contemporary society and considers it efficient to turn attention of the public to such problems through socially oriented artistic campaigns and projects. The Foundation supports selected social projects with an artistic component and individual artistic initiatives directed at enhancing social responsibility turning attention to important issues in our society. The American-Eurasian Art Foundation deems it necessary to facilitate professional development of American and International curators, artists and young people willing to do research and work in the cultural field.
